My designs service takes a feasibility study and develops this up to a Full Planning Application. Included in this package is the following :

• Face to face meetings to talk through the various schemes until the design is ready for submission to the Local Authority.

• All Drawings required for Validation and to explain the proposals to the Local Authority.

• Preparing and Submitting Planning Application forms and documentation.
